Sarah is a Senior Analyst at the Waste & Resources Action Programme (WRAP) whose research focuses on measuring the environmental impact of textiles. She is also doing doctoral research with the University of Surrey, on the practitioner doctorate in sustainability programme. Her project involves using Life Cycle Assessment to compare different business models for reducing environmental impact by increasing the use of clothing. Her role at WRAP also involves providing evidence-based guidance and research to support development of policy options for the UK government, and measurement support to the UK’s Textiles 2030 voluntary agreement, with a particular interest in clothing circular business models.
